Contribute to the Archives
The Juvenile Indigent Defense Archives catalogs and collects source materials that are cited to in the Gault decision and Supreme Court filings. The aim of the archive is to gain a fuller understanding of the case and the issues it addressed by examining the antecedent laws and opinions of the time. If you have a source that should be included in the archive, contact us.
